Can you believe it is already MARCH!!! Spring is just around the corner thank goodness! We had a lovely day at church, we had a guest speaker and he had an amazing message this morning. Haven't had much exercise to speak of today, but I am going to try to work on my total steps later on.... My tail bone has been hurting me for like a week now, it is really starting to get irritating! We were blessed to have Brad accompany us to lunch and we ate at East Meets West :)
Meals:
Breakfast: Apples with dip and a banana/acv water
Lunch: mushrooms, grilled chicken, 2 spring rolls, one stick of teriyaki chicken and a salad./water
Supper: salad with ranch/ water
Snacks:some chocolate morsels and walnuts
Exercise:
Nada.....
