Sigh... Today is really Sunday, and I am playing catch up lol. Friday was a great day for me. I have been having some problems with my knees hurting while I am exercising, so Friday morning I took 2 ibuprofen before workout and had a decent breakfast and I felt a lot better. So much so I broke my steps record!


Meals:

Breakfast: protein bar, fruit and yogurt, apple/ acv water

Lunch: salad with ham and homemade ranch/acv water

Supper: italian style fish with brown rice/acv water

Snacks: not sure :(

Exercise:
1 hr. devoted fitness, 20 min. on the elliptical, and 15 min on the treadmill.
Total Steps: 17,312!!
