:) Gym day!!....which translates into.....GREAT DAY! I love going to the gym! I feel so good after I leave. Going to get some cleaning done and school and then we will see what the evening holds...

Meals:
Breakfast: protein bar/acv water

Lunch: 2 salad wraps with turkey ham, ranch, and bacon bits

Supper: med. soup and salad at chickfila. And a couple waffle fries  
Exercise:
1 hr devoted fitness, 15 min. on the elliptical
Total steps: 12,108
