We went to the gym again today. Heather was my workout buddy :) Came home, ate lunch, and now we are currently cleaning, school, etc. and I am fixing to start supper. Pretty normal day ....

Meals:
Breakfast: protein bar/acv water

Lunch: tried the gyros from Aldi's...just NOT the same as Arby's lol

Supper: Deer steak with green beans and corn

Exercise:
15 min. on elliptical, 3 sets of 8 on weights, 17 min. on treadmill, then Heather and I went downstairs to play racquetball and practice volleyball :)1
Total Steps: 10,049

Water:
 2 1/2 qt.
