Well, today has kinda been a ......mosey blah day, I've done some light cleaning....cooked lunch, mowed (part) of the front yard....and messed with my blog, that's about it....sigh...it's 5:30 and I only have 311 steps....so, I'm gonna start moving now and see where I end up at the end of the night....
Meals:
Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: salad with a small bowl of mac n cheese(Emma's bowl small lol)/water
Supper: soup/water
Exercise:
Nothing...
