Friday, April 18,2014

Eric had off today so we spent the day at the lake getting a load of wood. Going to go again tomorrow and it will be the last trip of the season.... Yay! Now on to gardening season!! No gym today...

Meals:

Breakfast: protein shake

Lunch: apple/ fruit snacks/ water
(Kinda unexpected long day at the lake)

Supper: broccoli and rice casserole with grilled chicken/ water
