(Sorry I missed Thursday and Friday's meals...)
Today my lovely husband went and cut wood all by his lonesome and the kids and I went to Cathy's house to work on some new Devoted Fitness songs :) Eric came later and we had supper there also. Had a great day!! My back is about 95% better, it still acts a little funny when I move a certain way.....but overall getting better :)
Meals:
Breakfast: protein shake and 2 eggs

Lunch: corn and green beans with meat

Supper: mashed potatoes, green beans, burger with gravy

Exercise:
just a dancin' lol
Total Steps: 10,049

Water:
 2 1/2 qt.
