We went to the gym this morning and Heather was my work out buddy :) I tell ya, I am tickled that we have devoted fitness Wed. I MISS CLASS!! After the gym we came home and cleaned, school, etc. Then Heather and I had choir practice after supper. That's about it... :)



Meals:
Breakfast: protein bar/water

Lunch: minestone soup/water

Supper: chili/water

Exercise:
25 min. elliptical, 15 min. treadmill, 3 sets of 8 reps on weights, then we went downstairs and played some racquetball and volleyball
Total Steps: 7,773

Water:
2 1/2 qt.
