Well, today was a not so good day, I have found myself being distracted by things that consume my time. I love karaoke, and my sister introduced me to this karaoke app, I spent the majority of the day sitting around singing songs instead of trying to accomplish my steps goal. I decided to delete it this evening. As far as my eating, I did good today. It just seems as though satan is trying to find any way he can to divert me, to sway me off my path. I have swayed, but I will get back on track. I need to stay focused on my goals, it's when I allow myself to become distracted that I get off track and then the emotional baggage starts piling on, I have also found myself not being as engrossed with my Lord as I was. Another big reason for my set back. But, no worries! It's just time to stand back up, dust myself off and take off again.


Meals:

Breakfast: apple/ water

Lunch: salad with ranch and bacon bits with an apple/ acv water

Supper: a piece of fish with a little rice, a piece of hamburger, 1 piece of deer steak and a biscuit, broccoli with cheese/ acv water

Snacks: apple, I was loving me some apples today lol

Exercise:
None :(

Well, my poor friend is still stranded in Allensville, so no devoted fitness for us today. My poor mom couldn't get her car out, so I took her to work this morning and then the girls and I went to the gym. BOY did that feel good! I need a dark room with a screen that simulates jogging outside with wonderful ambient sounds....hmmm, dreamy!! I will SO be doing that once Spring is finally HERE!  It also feels good that I am actually caught up on my blog! I do not like getting behind. It always seems like I can't ever find the right time to come back and sit down and just spend some time on here. However, my worst depressive self comes out when I fall behind on things, I just start feeling so overwhelmed and it just weighs on me like a TON of bricks man. I have REALLY got to stay on top of this thing. On another note, my house is mostly clean all the time now, instead of the other way around. I am really liking the fact that I have the energy and the initiative to keep things cleaned up and looking nice. Now I do still have some clutter issues, but I am slowly working through them....I think lol. Either way, LOADS better than where I was. No church this evening with everything still being so slushy outside. SO many people are constantly getting stuck in this mess. Earlier while we were at the gym, we seen 5 semis stuck....smh....
It's hard to believe that tomorrow is weigh in day!!

Meals:
Breakfast: energy bar, apple, banana/ spring water

Lunch: Salad with ranch/ spring water ( I'm out of stevia ) :(

Supper: 3 pieces of deer steak and Heather's potatoes( my sweet daughter made supper tonight)
Exercise:
13 min. JOGGING on treadmill, 20 min. on elliptical, 20 min. doing a calorie burner program on the treadmill. and I did some stomach crunches.

Well, today has been good, I cleaned house and we did school. Then while I was making supper I jogged around the kitchen table....lol It was a pretty non-eventful day. A praise worthy of mentioning, my mom found a job!! YAY! She starts tomorrow! I am so happy for her!!


Meals:

Breakfast: apple, banana 

Lunch: Heather's potato and onion specialty :)/ acv water

Supper: 1 hamburger with lettuce as my bread, steamed broccoli w/ cheese and a small portion of tortilla chips w/ cheese/ acv water

Snacks: 1/2 apple with peanut butter


Exercise:
Just housework and my evening jog...lol

Can you believe it is already MARCH!!! Spring is just around the corner thank goodness! We had a lovely day at church, we had a guest speaker and he had an amazing message this morning. Haven't had much exercise to speak of today, but I am going to try to work on my total steps later on.... My tail bone has been hurting me for like a week now, it is really starting to get irritating! We were blessed to have Brad accompany us to lunch and we ate at East Meets West :)

Meals:
Breakfast: Apples with dip and a banana/acv water

Lunch: mushrooms, grilled chicken, 2 spring rolls, one stick of teriyaki chicken and a salad./water

Supper: salad with ranch/ water

Snacks:some chocolate morsels and walnuts

Exercise:
Nada.....

Well, last night we got a lot of sleet and snow, so no gym for us :( We have snow drifts around our house that are like 3-4 ft! ( I know all my northern friends....we are a bunch of weenies, lol) I seem to be in a bit of a slump....particularly with keeping up with my blog and being as strict as I was with my eating. I am still eating good, but I have added a lot of "whites" back in, or not necessary "added" them back in, I'm just not controlling myself and eating them. Also with my fitness pal. Though I do think I am going to take a break from it, it just got real annoying trying to enter everything I ate on there, then on here, and also using my Striiv..... So I'm going to quit using that for now. I'm just going to focus on eating healthy and exercising and using the Striiv app. Too bad there isn't an app that could just count your calories as they hit your stomach lol....

Meals:
Breakfast: 3 biscuits, 1 piece of sausage/ chocolate milk

Lunch: salad with ranch, apple/water

Supper: taco night! I had a plates of tortilla chips w/ meat and cheese and 1 taco/ acv water

Exercise:
nothing worthy of mentioning....just some housework.

Today was a great day! The kids and I went down to the lake and hiked along the Center Furnace and the Hematite Lake. Emma did so well with walking on the path. It was a bit of a challenge at first, but she soon got the hang of it. After we got back to the truck, we sat down at one of the picnic tables and ate lunch. Then we went and moseyed through the Elk and Bison Prairie. It was great! Then we met up with Eric(he had to work) and went down to devil's elbow and started a nice campfire. Then we had a wonderful supper at Cracker Barrel and then headed home :)

Meals:

Breakfast: banana, cereal bar, and an apple

Lunch: ham and cheese sandwich with kale chips

Supper: salad, with pork chop and green beans, and homemade biscuits...

Snacks: I had some dorito chips that I packed the kids to have with lunch 

Exercise:
Hiked around the beautiful Hematite Lake carrying Emma on and off lol
Total Steps: 8,922

Sigh... Today is really Sunday, and I am playing catch up lol. Friday was a great day for me. I have been having some problems with my knees hurting while I am exercising, so Friday morning I took 2 ibuprofen before workout and had a decent breakfast and I felt a lot better. So much so I broke my steps record!


Meals:

Breakfast: protein bar, fruit and yogurt, apple/ acv water

Lunch: salad with ham and homemade ranch/acv water

Supper: italian style fish with brown rice/acv water

Snacks: not sure :(

Exercise:
1 hr. devoted fitness, 20 min. on the elliptical, and 15 min on the treadmill.
Total Steps: 17,312!!
