My weigh in today was 304 lb. So I'm back to where I was :) I think I really needed that break that I had from blogging. I really needed time to just refocus on what my journey is. I had become kind-of stagnant in my journey. I was neither here nor there mentally. However, I have some new goals that have so-to-speak re-sparked my enthusiasm in my Journey. One is not really new...just dusted off and shined up metaphorically...lol. That is to reach the 200's. I am SO close. I was really getting bummed on myself that I was all BLAH when I was so close to my first WOO HOO! goal. But you know, that is just how emotions are...very unpredictable. I have a renewed ZEST to reach that goal. My second goal is to lose 10 lb. a month for a total of 50 lb. by our 15th wedding anniversary. I would be 254 lb. Only 54 to the end of my journey and the same weight I was in 1999 when we said our vows!! So even though the same small goals that I have had....a new bigger end goal to really grip my heart again. My eating has been better for the most part. I have refrained myself from eating during the night like I had started doing again. Not a lot...and *usually something healthy like an orange or something, but still at the WORST possible time to be eating it. Another side goal of mine.....I made up choreography to a song...and....lol, I can't even do the whole song without having to stop and let my legs rest. Soooooo, my first official day as the new instructor of our class is June 1. My goal is to practice this song like CRAZY until I can do it completely through without stopping. I have some work to do! Please pray for me and my journey. I need to drop myself at His feet and let Him carry me into this new chapter in my journey. Thanks!
